Anna Steplowska – Physiotherapist,
graduated
with the Bachelor Degree from Medical
University of Warsaw and Master Degree from
Jozef Pilsudski University of Physical Education
in Warsaw.
She began working on the neuro pediatric
ward and in the gait analysis laboratory in the
Masovian Centre of Neuropsychiatry in
Zagorze.
Subsequently she moved to the Intensive
Therapy Centre ‘Olinek’ in Warsaw, where she
coordinates physiotherapy and also works as a
physiotherapist with children with various
neurological and genetic disorders.
She finished a number of professional courses
and workshops in the area of physiotherapy,
occupational therapy, psychology and speech
and language therapy.
Scientific Focus
For the last four years Anna has been cooperating with the NBIA Poland Association, documenting
the progression of MPAN, BPAN, PKAN and Plan disorders, and focusing on the ways to delay the loss
of motor function or replacing them in order to improve patients’ quality of life.
